Pupils are responsible at all times for the safe custody of their books & belongings. The School Hand Book should be brought to the school daily. Students are expected to speak in English at all times within the school campus. Any misbehavior of serious nature, that has come to the knowledge of the public, is liable to bring about suspension or dismissal even though it took place outside the school premises. Smoking , chewing of betel nut , use of alcohol or any sort of drugs are strictly forbidden . Anyone found indulging in them is liable to be punished with expulsion from the school . Any damage done to school property must be made good by the pupil or pupils concerned. No books, magazines,mobile phone or newspapers must be brought to the school without the permission of the principal. Late comers will be marked absent and liable to serious punishment. Absence & Leave Staying away from school without leave is not allowed except when the cause is sudden illness or unforeseen circumstance .No leave of absence is given nor is a pupil allowed to go away from school during school hours without a previous written application from the parent/guardian stating the reason which must be serious one. Absentees will not be allowed to attend classes without a ‘ Leave Letter ‘. All cases which can be foreseen ,leave of absence must be obtained before hand from the Principal . When absence is due to sickness or other unforeseen causes , application for leave shall be made as early as possible to the Principal .All applications for leave must be singed by the parents/ guardian of the pupil. Application without any valid ground will not be granted and for such absence , a fine of Rs. 10/ -per day will be charged 85% attendance is compulsory for a student to appear in any examination After fifteen days of continuous absence without intimation ,the absentee’s name will be struck off the rolls. If re-admitted he/she will have to pay the admission fee. Notes to Guardians Special attention is given to ensure a high standard of morality and discipline . All correspondence on school matters are to be addressed to the Principal The support and collaboration of parents /guardians are, in all cases considered indispensable for the success of the success of the work of education carried out by the school. Hence ,they are requested to co -operate with the school authorities regarding rules ,Lessons, extra-curricular activities and character formation of the children .
